2. Data We Collect
We collect your name, email address, and payment information when you purchase a course or register an account. We also collect anonymised usage analytics (page views, device type) to improve our service.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Delivering purchased courses and course updates
- Sending relevant cybersecurity training announcements (you may unsubscribe at any time)
- Processing payments securely via Stripe (we do not store card details)
- Improving our platform and content
4. Legal Basis (UK GDPR)
We process your data on the basis of contract performance (course delivery), legitimate interest (service improvement), and, where required, your consent (marketing emails).
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as you hold an active account, and for up to 7 years thereafter for legal and financial record-keeping purposes.
6. Your Rights

7. Third Parties
We share data only with essential service providers: Stripe (card payments), Google (Gmail API for transactional email & optional Google sign-in), DigitalOcean (managed database and hosting), and Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection on the registration form). A limited, non-learner enquiry path uses Brevo to notify our sales team. We do not sell your personal data. The full sub-processor register is available on request.
8. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to sign you in and keep the site secure, and — only with your consent — a single first-party analytics beacon to measure anonymous page views.
